We are committed to providing high-quality early years education to all children, regardless of their parents' working arrangements. We understand that working parents have unique childcare needs, and we offer a range of services to support them.
Long opening hours
We are open from 7.30am to 6.30pm, 51 weeks of the year, to accommodate parents who work full-time or who have irregular working hours. This means that you can drop off and collect your child at a time that works for you, without having to worry about finding additional childcare. We do not have inset days or training days, as all of our training and staff meetings take place out of hours, so you can be reassured that you won’t be left in need of childcare.

Secure and convenient access
We have a biometric door entry system, so you can drop off and collect your child without having to wait outside or for someone to answer the door. This provides peace of mind knowing that your child is safe and secure.
Parent App
We have a parent app that provides you with daily updates on your child's routine, including what they have eaten, how they have slept, and what activities they have enjoyed. You can also use the app to message staff and to book childcare sessions. This means that you can stay connected with your child even when you are at work.
Freshly prepared meals with a 5-star food hygiene rating
We provide freshly prepared hot meals cooked on site each day, by our chef. Our meals are nutritionally balanced and meet all of the government's guidelines for early years nutrition. We are proud of our 5-star food hygiene rating, which reflects our commitment to providing children with healthy and delicious meals.
Millie's Mark accreditation
Banana Moon Nursery Bromley is proud to be a Millie's Mark accredited nursery. Millie's Mark is a national accreditation scheme that recognizes nurseries that meet the highest standards in paediatric first aid.
To achieve Millie's Mark, nurseries must have:
- 100% of staff trained in paediatric first aid
- A regular program of first aid training and refresher courses
- A commitment to promoting awareness of paediatric first aid among staff, parents, and children.
